    • No.  This is a non-insurance based medical practice.  We do not bill any health insurances, MediCare, or MediCal.  All services are out-of-pocket expenses.

    • Payment accepted includes all major credit, debit, FSA and HSA cards.  Your SimplePractice Client Account will enable you to securely enter your information. SiimplePractice uses Stripe, a secure credit card processing partner which is compliant with PCI DDS (Payment Care Industry Data Security Standard). 

  • Yes, if you are eligible (BMI 27-29.9 with qualifying medical conditions or BMI 30 and above) and you do have any contra-indications based on your medical history and current medications. Prescriptions for FDA-approved medications for weight management are written and sent to your selected pharmacy.

    The following are medications that can be prescribed: Wegovy (semaglutide), Zepbound (tirzepatide), Saxenda (liraglutide), Phentermine, Qysmia, Contrave, Diethylpropion and Metformin

    *Note: The prescription cost is not included in the program fee. You or your health insurance plan is responsible for the cost of the medication. Please consult with your health insurance carrier regarding medication cost and coverage.
